GUI is now gone

I upgraded to 2.14 no problem, I then selected allow to collect stats and now when I enter the site, the GUI is gone and just a menu structure

Would be easier to know what went wrong, if you could give us a link to your forum.
Most likely, something wrong with theme paths/urls, or simply the forum is using a custom theme that no longer works.
