Inform the admin when a subscription automatically changes

Can anyone tell me if there is a way to restrict the amount of admins that get this email?  I have checked the database tables (members & subscriptions) and there's no option in there for it to be limited.

I have also checked some templates but I can't see anything that specifically mentions emailing admin.

Also, what's the difference between 'Primary Membergroup' - Admin and 'Additional Membergroups'  Admin?

The only difference is if someone is set as an admin only from the Additional Membergroups, users will no tbe able to see that.

If you are an admin, you are an admin. There is no way to differentiate between admins when it comes to any "admin only" feature in SMF.

If I read it correctly that would require custom coding as it can't be done with the out of the box features.
