Simple machines error message in log

Starting a couple days ago, I am seeing the error message shown in my screen shot on my 2.0.19 forum

The link in the error messages points to a post that has not had any activity since 2018

I clear the error messages every day after I have a look at them
This one keeps popping up in the error log

What is going on here?

It's a temporary issue, apparently at our end, and should be fixed now Getting some random blocks
Please post in Site Comments, Issues and Concerns if the issue continues.

I'm seeing it again in 2.0, not 2.1.  Thought it was fixed.
