Help with adding a logo (the logo whont change

Helo i whant to change the logo of my theme i have uploaded the logo with the same name as it whas on the original forum for example on the gamingx theme i uploaded logo.png to the gamingx/images/custom directory but it whont show up it still shows the old logo (GAMINGX)
