Hello: Just started the following sub-board on our SMF:
hxxp:www.pokertda.com/forum/index.php?board=51.0 [nonactive]

Problem is the board is only visible to me when I'm logged in. Please advise how to activate so anyone can see. Thank you! Apologies if this is the wrong board to post such question.

Admin -> Forum -> Boards and Categories -> Modify Boards
Scroll down to the board you want to change, and click modify.
See Allowed Groups, select all you want, and save by clicking "Modify".

In order for it to be visible to users, the board it is under needs to be visible too, or the board might get "lost".

EDIT: That particular board link seems to be accessible though, but it's a redirect to a post.

Thanks for reply. You can see the difference in the two pics below. The "2024 TDA Rules Translations" sub-board is visible when I'm logged in but not when logged out. The parent board "Foreign Language Translations" is visible in both. What do I need to do to the 2024 sub board in order to make it visible when logged out (i.e. visible to everyone browsing logged in or not)? Thanks much!

what groups is that board granted to? can you provide the screenshot from the admin panel?

You could try moving the board to a different location, saving, and then moving it back while you check the access settings.

The rule is that if it is accessible, it should be visible, there is nothing too complicated about that. If you want everyone to see, just select all groups available.

Thanks that seems to have fixed it! Went back and selected all. Previously I must have forgotten to hit the "modify" button to update the change.
