Mark text to quote ("Quote selected text") on mobile

This issue is reproduced here too, on simplemachines.org.

Actions on PC: A topic is opened and some text from a post is selected, then the "Quote selected text" button appears.
Actions on Mobile (Chrome on Android): same steps, but the button does not appear.
