I tried to reply then tried to send a new PM but get the following message. No idea what to do, this just started today.

We did get migrated to a faster server which uses primarily PHP 8.0+ but this only started today. I have set the php version in control panel at host for allowing 8.0 and it has not helped. I know not what to do.

Several other discussions on this are around, but the short version is you need to disable hostname lookups under Admin | Server Settings | General.

It is not selected...and the silly thing is working again. I feel like the Twilight Zone is visiting LOL

I forgot I will be upgrading the forum/gallery soon so it will behave with PHP8+
