tables question

How can you make nested tables with a background in each with forum code?  I want them to be backgrounds for certain boards I use. This site will make it for me but it's in html.  https://www.isdntek.com/tagbot/borders.htm

WHAT EXACTLY are you trying to accomplish?

Each board can assigned its own theme,  but tables should no longer be used for placement of content on a page -- so table html won't help you in layout...
(Tables should be used only for tabular data)
