Hasn't been right since the scheduled maintenance.  Goes in fits and starts, changes minute to minute.

It stuttered, for a few minutes. But, I haven't had an "Oh, ******! I'm stressed out!" message, for a while.

Me, too. But, oddly enough, it's totally OK, using Opera Tor. It's, actually, quite fast, too.

It seems to be having its ups and downs. I'll go dig a bit deeper, there doesn't really seem to be a clear explanation for this behavior.
High loads seem to come and go as fast as they're appearing...
