I hate about any cheese, but for molten young cheese for example on a burger it's OK. Or, real parmesan over the spaghetti is doable. (Not the dry imitation ******.)

Monchou is great, I love it. On birthdays my mother always puts some monchou on sliced ham. Delicious.
