Sorry for my English.. it's terrible .. so

My problem is installation of "SMF MediaWiki Authentication"

I followed the instructions in the readme.txt but Wiki return this error

SMF version is 2.0.2 and Mediawiki 1.18.2

I've already checked the database data connections in LocalSetting.php and they are correct.
