How to add permissions for this mod, such that only selected membergroups are allowed to have this Profile Header visible to them.

You can see the way it installs on 2.0 vice the 1.1.14.  It's not displaying correctly on the 2.0

I have SMF 2.0.1 installed with no errors also on my custom theme no errors on install
but looks the same as before installing the mod.

someone with a working index.template for 2.0 please upload so I can have a look at what different to my template
and correct the differences please.

a few time others have asked does this mod need to be turned ON but I don't see any answer to there posts.

I can't find any mods that does anything like this mod, I installed SMF2.0 RC2 on a new data base to install this mod and try work out how to fix it for 2.0.1 but sad to say it doesn't work on a standard default forum for what it was made for. I also spent maybe 3 hours working on a header with this mod and even though I was close at one point it wouldn't auto size with forum so a scratch it. is there any hope for this mod in the future to support 2.0.1 or later?

I am trying to install this on my forum but it says test failed on the section with my custom theme, its vertex by MLM, if anyone can help it will be appreciated
