PM to New Members [Added Support for 2.0 RC3]

hello

any help for this what i wright in side i don't understand please any help

*Select the ID of the sender
*Select the Username of the sender
*The subject of the PM

The message of the PM (BBCODE)
This is where you set the message that you would like to send to the user. To insert the username of the user just insert "{$username}". For forum name use "{$forumname}".

Is your user ID "0"?I don't know, but that might not be a valid user ID (I don't know if it matters, but it's a guess).

For a test, for the name I'd just put your actual user ID and actual username and see what happens.
For the subject I'd also just put in some simple text with no replacement vars, i.e. "Welcome to the forum" (again, just as a test).

how to make it send to all new members of my forum? i installed it in smf2.0.2 and put some text in it but it doesnt seem to do anything. please help.

I used SMF 2.0.1 ...
I emulate 2.0 and install this mod ...
Every thing is ok But Double PM sent to new member ....
I mean that same PM in twice to new member ..
How do I fix this ..

i have the same problem.. i have upgrade my forum, where this mod works perfectly , now i have install it on new SMF 2.0.2 and nothing happens, no PM ..
is there any new/other mod that works like this?, i really need this option for my forum.

installing it in smf 2.0.2 install successfully bu show some bug on top of forum any one can fix this

Check your /Themes/default/languages/Modifications.english.php and search for "?>" then remove it, and add the same "?>" at the end of the file

try what u said but did not work i think theres is a problem now fix yet please help me out

Everyone, if you have installed this correctly & it doesn't seem to work, check to see if you've completed the User ID & Username on the admin panel. The mod will not work without that info filled in. That's what happened to me.

Just wanted to let everyone know that I just installed this mod on 2.0.6 and it installed without any errors and is working great!
