great mod however I am confused on the settings, etc. The info says "and then enabled for them to be shown" however I am unable to find any settings for this mod. I have my mod log enabled, but my global mods still cannot see this mod. Is there another setting somewhere?

Do they have to be able to see my mod log in order for them to see these at the top of the threads?

Yes, they have to have access to the moderation log to be able to see the recent modifications list.

Where are Modlog.php and Modlog.{language}.php in the package? I couldn't see them?
