I had 1.1 on the same server, but since upgrading to 1.1.3 it will not install mods.
The files load up ok, they show there online in package manager.

I have checked,
The english language is set,
defaulf theme seclected
set a temp folder with chmod to 777.
Ive asked the server to be checked for php permissions.

This is really bugging me now. what am I missing.  ::)

This interface allows you to reset the permissions for files throughout your installation, so as to increase security or solve any permission problems you may encounter while installing packages.
Change all file permissions throughout the forum such that:

Only the standard files are writable.
All files are writable.
The minimum files are writable.

Ok next clue, this setting will not allow me to make all files are writable option, so the file that is stopping that happening, could be stoping the mod installs?

Does that make sence and if so whats the cure.

Do you get any errors? Are you sure the mods work for 1.1.3? (If not you can modify the package_info.xml)
