Personal Messages - prevent blocking

Hello all!
I want to prevent the blocking of PMs from the Global Moderator group.

Is it possible to change the user setting:
Personal Messages -> Administrators only

to expand Personal Messages -> Administrators and Global Moderator only

A code change that includes the global mod group at this point would be sufficient for me.

Sorry. SMF can do that, of course. Found it!

General Permissions - "Global Moderator"
Member administration -> Moderate forum members [check]

That makes them immune to ignore PM.
