Delete a post in a thread?

OK - maybe it's my morning half brain but as Admin I can't seem to delete one post within a thread?

What am I missing?

On the right side of the post you have a button that says "More..." behind it you will find the option "Remove".

Thanks for the reply Aleksi, this is very weird, that option doesn't appear - just remove topic which of course removes the whole thread.

Ah! Some extra brain cells have just cut in - apparently you can't delete or split the first post of a thread.

Yeah, the topic needs the first post. So split the topic first from the second post, and then you have 2 topics, one of which will be just the original first post.
