Simple Referrals

I just installed it on a clean SMF 2.1RC4 with no other mods and its still not working. Below are the screenshots it shows on summary but not on stats.

So I periodically see the following in my logs from a guest:

Code Select Expand

The callable SimpleReferrals::forum_stats could not be called.
Followed by another error entry from the same guest IP:

Code Select Expand

Hook call: function "SimpleReferrals::forum_stats" in file /Sources/SimpleReferrals.php could not be called.
Is this someone trying an old exploit? Some other explaination? Running SMF 2.1.2

• Removed extra unnecessary hook causing issues.

Since the hooks panel is wonky and will get properly fixed in 2.1.4, I've added a temporary solution to remove the bad hook during installation of the new version.
