My form's registeration capture not working :(

I am now have a problem with the Capture .
When a guest want to register in our forum,he can't see an image capture.So [nofollow] he can't register.

No It is not .
When I am using english ,there is no problems with registeration.

i have the same problem with Visual verification image to display


When i go to the admincenter >> security >> anti-spam

When the language is german-utf8 i see no example picture.

When i change the language to english i see the capture picture in den admincenter.

Last week i do a upgrade from RC3 to RC5
Since this i have the problem.

The problem was:

I work on files with the normal win7 editor.
This editor save the german files as utf8 with BOM

Only the editor notepad++ can save the files as utf8 without bom

Now i change the file "index.german-utf8.php" with notepad++ and i see the verification_image.
