Can you please disable eval , then post the (new) errors you may be getting?

What language are you using?
Can you check that your language files have an entry for $txt['can_approve_posts']

I don't seem to find "can_approve_posts" in Display.template.php from RC2 public. Can you please tell, do you have mods installed?

It seems the code causing the error belongs to the Related Topics mod. I'm not sure at first sight how it can be solved. It might be best to ask the mod author.

ETA: I am moving the topic to the Support boards, as it doesn't seem to be a bug in SMF. Please be assured that in case it proves otherwise, it will be reconsidered.
