Invision v1.31 with a XOOPS v2.0.7 portal (wish me luck)

anyone got any advice before I start?

My Plan
Copy the running board to a new server and get it runing there.
Instal SMF, and start to convert with the Invision converter. and ditch the portal.
mod the SMF for the extra profile info I need

I know this sounds silly, but I would recommend cutting each of them off (Making them seperate again)
