what if I do not delete database and with the same prefix( every thing the same) i install again?
is it possible? will that make problem?

Please don't reply to ancient posts in the future...

If you install SMF again with the same prefix, any data from the previous installation will be overwritten, so as long as you make sure you know what password you've entered during the installation process, you should be able to login without any problems.
