Guest causing error when trying to send E-Mail?

Hello Forum,
yesterday, a guest caused two strange (at least to me, never seen something like this before) errors in the Error Log.

According to the log, the guest was msnbot-52-167-144-145.search.msn.com (52.167.144.145)

Type of error: General
Error message: Probleme beim Versenden der E-Mail. Fehler: 421 4.7.0 dd26008.kasserver.com Error: too many connections from 85.13.145.21

The error means "Problems sending the email. Error: 421 4.7.0 ..."
Server Address is our host.

Type of error: Undefined
Error message: 2: Undefined array key "mail_failed_attempts"

Is this something to worry about?

It's a scheduled task, that a guest triggered it is basically irrelevant - But it does indicate there might be an issue with your email setup, as the triggered email couldn't be handled for some reason.

421 Service not available, closing transmission channel
421 4.7.0 at least for Gmail I think usually means service declined due to the very low reputation of the sending IP address

This could be only temporary, but it could also mean more errors like this will follow.
