[Free/Paid] Need Mod for requesting things

Hello,

I need a modification for my forum using smf.

I need something that will look like an Excel, Google Sheet or table.

But I need the ability to assign each column to a different group(s).

So based on example Column A Row 6+ is order number starting at 10000

Column B Row 6+ Is for item name filled out by user

Column C Row 6+ Member Name filled out by user

Column D Row 6+ should have date order was entered in the form/sheet.

Column E Row 6+ Selectable area with 2 options either "Market or Self"

Column F Row 6+ Quantity Ordered If person selected Self in Column E needs quantity. If Market is selected in E no Quantity needed.

Column G Row 6+ If Data in row another user can then add their name to G 6+

Column H Row 6+ Filled in by same person who filled in G 6+ is how many they are building

Column I Row 6+ Is a tic or check box when person who entered data in G & H also checks the box.

Column J Row 6+ Is Date for when person who filled out G,H & I filled in the fields.


ST Shop would have been close but could not change names/titles and could not clear or change sell and money info to other titles.

OR a mod that can bring and Excel or Google sheet into forum and Table out of forum to a Google Sheet.
Maybe and inventory mod or a ST Shop with more options and ability to change titles ect.


What would cost be to make such a mod?

Is it even possible to make such a mod?
