It sounds like you need  new host....

Agree. But there's a cost and the owner isn't interested in a higher cost host.


All said it's been good the last 6 years with them. Seldom any problems.
Everything just works.

Until they do something like this.


One site we now have 4 tickets. 1 was initial set, and was was a billing change.

The other 6, 1 for initial setup, 1 was DNS changes, and a one was for shell access.
