Help with Themes!!!

Hello i have a home server that i installed smf on. now on the server the them shows up fine but on other computers there is no theme.

have tryed the repair_setting and it didnt help.

What do you mean "on other computers there is no theme"?

how are you running your "home server"?
How are you accessing your home server form other computers?

I'd like to see a link at this point, got a feeling I know what the problem might be.
