You can use it as a Base to make new Professional Themes

We will call it the PFX Base

actually it is pretty much IPB inspired I had to check your coding a few times to make sure it never had any copyrighted elements.

I dont think its anyways close to IPB
there is no image, no HTML code that resembles IPB
The JS is completely different
My theme is based on SMF
and its much lighter than the IPB theme
My CSS is just 10-13 kb while theirs is much more - I dont even know!

But do you like the theme?

I think you need to re-read what I said, if you had anything that was IPB in your theme we would not have let it through, your layout is pretty much similar to how IPB has theres also your on.gif, on2.gif and off.gif icons are similar ... also professionally I think its a good attempt, but isnt unique and has alot that needs fixed, also you should try and make your own images instead of relying on third party.
