Suggestions for SMF beta1

- "Turn notification on when you post or reply to a thread?" should be moved to the "Notification Settings"

- in "Forum Profile Settings":
there should also be an image preview for "I have my own pic:"

- in "Notification Settings" -> "Update Notifications":
there should be a "Select all" button to select/deselect all notifications

especially the first one would make more sense I think. So all Notification options would be grouped in one area
