need some direction please...

I know this isn't really the right place for this post, but I can't post in the mods and packages area.  I just need a little direction.  I took over this board when the old admin decided they didn't want to mess with it anymore.  I'm still learning... everything.  I'm having a problem with Flashchat.  One of my mods can't log in.  It says they are banned from it.  I checked the Flashchat admin panel and there are no bans listed.  Is this admin panel really as crappy as it seems to be?  Or is it that I just don't know how to use it?  It just doesn't seem to do much at all.

I don't know much about flashchat as I am not the one who added it to the forum.  Actually, I don't know much about SMF either, ha ha.  I'm trying to work it all out and learn as I go.  Is there an area in the SMF admin panel where I can access flashchat, make changes or do anything with it?  If not, where should I go?  I have no idea how to administrate flashchat at all.  I'm getting very frustrated with it.  Any help or information that you could provide would really be appreciated.  Thanks.

*I originally posted this in the SMF 1.x Support forum.  I tried to remove it once I realized I didn't post it here.  But, it won't let me.  I've had no replies to it at this point, and admin and fuctionality is probably a better place for it.  If you can delete it from the support area, be my guest.  Thanks and sorry for the double post.
