Error 500 when trying upload file

Hi all have this problem since yesterday forum didn't allow me upload any file.  Server responded with 500 code.

No modification. version: last

Log from C panel

smf 2.0.19? smf 2.1.1? or something else?

what version of php are you using as well?

has anything changed since this started? added any new mods or themes?
does this do this with the default theme?

No changes

Did`t change anything

Yes i do. but can understand everything was okay and just happend
