Buttoms dont show up.. HELP

HI...

I downloaded a very cool set for my forum.....

this was the rbg red

But I cant seem to get it to work properly.
I did unclick the box that says "Show buttons as images.
But that didnt seem to help.
The bg shows......
But not the  buttons.

Would anyone be kind enough to help me with what might be the problem?
